- 1/3 of Americans have considered adoption….historically, only 2% have adopted.
- 48% of people who consider adoption turn to their house of worship for information and Support.
- The bible tells us to “look after orphans… in their distress”.
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to
look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself
from being polluted by the world” James 1:27 (NIV).
- Information and hearing from those who have adopted or who have been adopted will make this very real and
will break down misconceptions, and stereotypes

- A wide array of topics discussed in a comfortable and open forum where questions can be asked and real world
experiences can be shared.
